~A Kitchen Fit For A Southern Woman~

Hey all you {BEAUTIFUL} people out there. I have a MAJOR post to share- my kitchen reveal. Seriously. This is where the magic happens. This is where we {dance}; this is where we {laugh}; this is where we {sing}; this is where we share {memories}. Most of all though, this is where I cook up the best southern, {divine} meals you have ever tasted. Before I share my pictures, I challenge you this- make your kitchen yours. Make it your dream kitchen. I don't care what your budget is or how small your space is. Make your kitchen reflect YOU. Memories you've had. Family. Friends. You get the idea; this is such an important space that is sometimes forgotten. It ends up being a space where people display what they "got on sale" or what they think "looks good"....but does it reflect you? Once upon a time, I had a tiny kitchen. A kitchen that was so small that you barely had room to make chicken & dumplin's or fried chicken in. I let that stop me from creating my dream kitchen. You know what I remember? I don't remember how small it was....just the {beautiful} memories shared there- just like at my good ole honeysuckle bus stop. SO- get out there to your local yard sales and thrift shops and start creating {your} dream kitchen. Believe me.    ~It's worth it~

  11. I agree completely, no matter the size we must make our kitchens our own, especially if we enjoy spending time there creating for our loved ones.

  15. Thank you! It's actually a new deco mesh. We found it 3 hours south of where we live, in Shreveport, Louisiana. I've been looking for it here in Hot Springs, Arkansas but haven't had any luck! If I find it, I will let you know. :)
